About Our Founder
Ran Merkazy, the founder and CEO of Factor127, a strategic growth consultancy to multinational organisations such as Wix, Harley Davidson, Bugaboo, Thales and many others. He is a highly experienced innovation leader with a proven track record of success.
With over 20 years of experience across multiple sectors and categories, he has held key leadership positions at companies such as Lloyd's Register, Samsung Electronics, Dyson Ltd, and SPEEDO Intl.

Ran is well-respected in his field and has been recognized as a formidable innovation leader. He has a BA in Industrial Design from Shenkar College of Engineering & Design and has completed leadership excellence programs at London Business School, Lloyd's Register, and Samsung. He is also a co-lecturer for product strategy at Masters of Design class.

At The Perfume Movement, an innovative Dubai based startup, F127 lead hardware, robotics & AI R&D and design.
Innovation Leadership
At Samsung Electronics, Ran served as the Head of Innovation for Home Appliances in Europe, where he led the development of a team and delivered five new products to market, winning seven innovation awards.
Design Leadership
At Dyson, Ran Served as a designer and innovation leader, contributing to many products currently on the shelves, driving innovation to consumer use and generating company growth.
AI Transformation
At Lloyd's Register, Ran served as the VP of Products & Services Innovation, where he led the development of strategy, partnerships, AI product development to deliver multiple new services, platforms and products to market successfully, helping transform a 260 year old establishment into a relevant player for the 21st century.
Entrepreneurial Drive
In addition to his work in corporate environments, Ran is also a successful entrepreneur and inventor. He co-founded RMDLO Ltd and successfully crowd-funded the company's product, raising over $100K and selling over 20,000 units globally
Thought Leadership & Mentoring
Ran is a dedicated lecturer on product strategy, design strategy & creativity at a few top design schools. He also runs workshops and gives talks for organizations and governments globally.
